GRN™ Server Policies

Essential Server Policies.

These Server Policies apply across all Grant Roleplay Network™ servers and platforms. They act as the foundation of community management and apply to all members, regardless of rank or role.

General Policies

  1. Respect First Policy

    • All members must treat each other with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination is strictly prohibited.

  2. Zero Tolerance Policy

    • GRN™ enforces a strict zero tolerance for doxxing, hacking, threats, or other severe violations.

  3. Community Representation Policy

    • Members represent GRN™ at all times when interacting with other communities, servers, or partners.

Staff & Enforcement Policies

  1. Fair Enforcement Policy

    • Staff must apply punishments consistently and without bias. All actions must be logged.

  2. Appeals Policy

    • All members have the right to appeal punishments within 14 days via the GRN™ Appeals System.

  3. Blacklist Policy

    • Blacklisted members are permanently barred from all GRN™ servers and affiliates.

Roleplay Policies

  1. Roleplay Realism Policy

    • Roleplay must be realistic and immersive. Breaking immersion through FailRP, trolling, or unrealistic actions is not permitted.

  2. No Exploits Policy

    • Any exploitation of bugs, glitches, or unfair advantages is forbidden and treated as a severe violation.

Partnership & External Policies

  1. Partner Integrity Policy

    • Partnered communities must maintain professional standards and follow the GRN™ Partner Rulebook.

  2. Brand Protection Policy

  • Unauthorized use of the Grant Roleplay Network™ name, logo, or branding is prohibited and may result in legal action.
