All Requirements for all Server/Network Partners.
P.1 – Active Community.
Partners must maintain an active and engaged community with consistent member activity.
P.2 – Compliance with Discord Terms Of Service. (TOS)
All partner communities must fully comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
P.3 – Professional Branding.
Partners are expected to use appropriate server names, logos, and content that align with GRN™’s professional standards.
P.4 – Clear Communication.
Partners must maintain clear and open communication with GRN™ management regarding events, collaborations, or issues.
P.5 – No Blacklisted Associations.
Partners cannot be affiliated with or promote servers, communities, or groups blacklisted by GRN™.
P.6 – Minimum Member Base.
Partner servers must maintain a minimum member count of 50 to ensure stability and value. (Not counting bots).
P.7 – Cross-Promotion.
Partners agree to display GRN™ branding, links, or announcements when requested during un-paid partnership promotions.
P.8 – Staff Representation.
Partner communities must have a clear and structured staff team to handle member concerns and maintain order.
P.9 – Event Participation.
Partners should actively participate in joint events, collaborations, or campaigns hosted by GRN™. If hosted.
P.10 – Ongoing Review.
Partnership status is subject to regular review by GRN™ management to ensure compliance with requirements.
