Paid Partner Agreement
Paid Partnership Agreement.
Format Of Use: This Paid Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:
Grant Roleplay Network™ (“GRN™”), represented by its Partner Management Team.
[Partner Community/Organization Name], hereinafter referred to as the Partner.
Together referred to as the Parties.
1. Purpose of the Agreement.
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a Paid Partnership between GRN™ and the Partner, under which the Partner receives promotional, branding, and collaborative benefits in exchange for a financial contribution and compliance with GRN™ standards.
2. Term & Renewal.
The Agreement becomes effective on the Date of Acceptance.
Duration: [Weekly / Monthly / Annual] as agreed upon.
Renewal requires timely payment and continued compliance with requirements.
3. Partner Rights & Benefits.
Paid Partners are entitled to the following benefits:
Use of the official “GRN™ Premium Partner” badge and branding.
Priority placement in GRN™ promotional campaigns, events, and showcases.
Dedicated listing on GRN™’s official platforms (Discord, website, GitBook).
Reserved slots in collaborative events, tournaments, and campaigns.
Early access to network features, projects, and opportunities.
4. Partner Requirements.
The Partner agrees to comply with the following (in addition to GRN™’s standard Partner Rulebook):
Maintain an active and professional community in line with GRN™ values.
Display the GRN™ Premium Partner badge/logo in approved locations (server banner, rules, website, etc.).
Ensure staff conduct and member behavior reflect positively on GRN™.
Comply with payment obligations as outlined in Section 5.
Avoid affiliation with blacklisted or non-compliant communities.
5. Payment & Fees.
Paid Partner contributions are non-refundable. If The Respective Partner isn't satisfied, we may provide extra benefits but not always.
Payments must be made via approved methods on our official and registered website approved by Stripe.
Standard rate: [TBD].
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of partnership benefits.
6. Intellectual Property.
GRN™ retains all rights to its branding, logos, and materials.
Partners are granted non-exclusive, revocable rights to use GRN™ branding only for partnership purposes.
Misuse of branding will result in termination.
7. Confidentiality.
The Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information exchanged during the partnership.
8. Termination.
GRN™ reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if:
Partner fails to comply with requirements.
Partner damages GRN™’s reputation.
Partner breaches Discord ToS, laws, or GRN™’s Partner Rulebook.
Termination does not entitle Partner to a refund of fees.
9. Dispute Resolution.
Any disputes will first be addressed through internal discussions.
If unresolved, it isn't GRN™’s priority to get involved legally.
10. Acceptance.
By accepting this Agreement, the Partner acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
