Paid Network Classifications Requirements.
P.11 – Verified Partnership Agreement.
Paid partners must sign and agree to the official GRN™ Paid Partnership Agreement before activation.
P.12 – Minimum Payment Compliance.
All payments must be made on time and through approved methods (PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Missed payments may result in suspension of benefits.
P.13 – Premium Branding Rights.
Paid partners may display the official “GRN™ Premium Partner” badge/logo, provided branding guidelines are strictly followed.
P.14 – Guaranteed Exposure.
Paid partners will receive premium placement in GRN™ promotions, ads, or showcases, but must provide updated banners/logos when requested.
P.15 – Quality Standards.
Paid partners must maintain high server quality, including professional staff conduct, member engagement, and content moderation.
P.16 – Exclusive Benefits.
Paid partners are entitled to exclusive opportunities (featured promotions, early access to collaborations, reserved event slots). Abuse of these benefits may result in termination.
P.17 – Non-Competition Clause.
Paid partners may not directly compete with GRN™ in specific services (e.g., verification systems, premium bot services) without approval.
P.18 – Renewal Policy.
Partnerships must be renewed on the agreed timeline (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Renewal reminders will be sent, but partners are responsible for timely renewals.
P.19 – Transparency.
Paid partners must provide GRN™ staff with accurate information about their server size, engagement, and activity when requested.
P.20 – Refund Policy
Paid partnership fees are non-refundable except in cases where GRN™ fails to deliver agreed benefits.
P.21 – Termination of Paid Partnership
Failure to meet paid partner requirements or breach of agreement results in immediate termination of paid status, without refund.
